MISCARRIAGE SUPPORT GROUP

A VIRTUAL SUPPORT GROUP FOR WOMEN WHO HAVE SUFFERED ONE MISCARRIAGE AND DO NOT HAVE LIVING CHILDREN.

Finding community is a crucial aspect of grief following pregnancy loss. When someone experiences pregnancy loss, there’s a build up of grief that’s mixed with fear of the future, all of the unknowns, and the stress of advocating for yourself moving forward. Our virtual 6-week support group specifically for people who have suffered one loss is the perfect place to find the support you’re missing in your everyday life.

This cohort (6-week run) of this support group will meet on Tuesdays starting July 14, 2026. Your registration will include six group sessions — once a week for six weeks — as well as a resource library, private group chat, curated topics from The Miscarriage Doula, and more. Join the support group that hundreds of people have raved about as they navigate the grief of pregnancy loss.

I was terrified to talk about my miscarriage, even with close friends. The Miscarriage Doula offered a space where I didn’t have to explain myself or minimize my pain. For the first time, my experience felt fully honored.

I didn’t know how to talk about my loss without falling apart until I met Arden. The Miscarriage Doula gave me language for my grief and permission to feel everything without rushing my healing. I left our sessions feeling lighter, steadier, and more supported than I ever expected.
