REFUND POLICY BY SERVICE AND CIRCUMSTANCE
At The Miscarriage Doula, we understand that support should never have a one size fits all approach and it’s because of this that we offer a flexible refund policy. If you paid for a one-on-one support session and don’t use that session, you can request a refund. We will refund what you paid minus any processing fees.

Support groups aren’t for everyone and we want to encourage people to give our groups a chance because we do find that they are different than most. With that being said, it’s possible that it’s not a good fit for a variety of reasons and we will never keep you in a space that doesn’t feel right.
If you would like to withdraw from a group that you registered for, please do so before the second group session begins for a 75% refund. You are also welcome to use the proposed refund as a credit for other services or you can donate it to go towards someone else’s payment.

In the event that someone who has joined a pregnancy after loss support group experiences a loss of that pregnancy — we will be there to support them in whatever way is most helpful for them.
They will be offered a full refund or the option to join one of our loss groups or meet with us 1:1.
